Price

The price will be quoted in US dollar, normally our quotation is based on FOB price. Please let us know your interested item and your detail requirement, such as certificate, packing, our representative will quote you the FOB price accordingly.

Payment Terms

There are a number of different payment methods that can be used when you deal with us. Mostly used are T/T payment in advance.

Shipment

We may arrange shipment by vessel or by air as per customer’s requirements on FOB, C&F, CIF terms and do prompt shipment which is very important for our customers, so we do this matter seriously and we may arrange our shipment in time due to our rich experiences in this line. 

Delivery Time

Usual production period is 35-45 days upon receipt of T/T payment down

What’s the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA)

For the First order, the MOQ is 1*20'FT each item. For small products, not less than 1,500 units per orde

Can I print or customize (OEM) the gift box or the product

Yes. You can customize your logo print on the products or gift box, rating label. We may charge you some printing fee. Please specify your requirement to our representative, according to your order product and quantity, we shall confirm you details.

Sample Availability & Policy

You can contact our representative via email, fax or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT etc) account No. And we’ll send samples through your courier by freight collect. When the sample value under USD15.00 normally free of charge and freight collect. As a courtesy, Your samples charges can refund from first order if we charge you the cost of samples
